Friday was my last noon Vinyasa through Yoga Tree for a while- the studio is in the process of reopening- yay!- but I will be unable to travel there for a while. I will be keeping my Saturday 10am Hatha class and Monday evening 6pm slot, but shifting from Gentle to Hatha.
