Weekly Classes
This may include classes I am subbing for around the Seattle area.
Everyone is unique, beautiful, and able to connect to the inner calm of their own being. I bring this focus to each class I offer, adapting easily to students of all ages and skill levels.
Please join me for a basic class with therapeutic focus, Friday mornings 930-1045am PST
Join me each week for a basic, nurturing practice with a therapeutic emphasis.
This class is by donation.
This is a slow paced, all-levels hatha yoga class with therapeutic elements interwoven through practice around a theme. All bodies welcome! Space is fully accessible!
In this affinity class, open to all members of the LGBTQIA+ community, we will create a practice to nurture, celebrate, and invite ourselves into a place of embodiment. Embodiment is being in relationship with our bodies, creating space in which we can come into our own experience of ourselves and connect to the essence of who we know ourselves to be.
We will use movement, breath, mudra (hand gestures) and meditation to hold space for ourselves as innately complete and whole.
THIS WILL BE A QUEER ONLY SPACE. The space is fully accessible, and the amenities are all-gender. Practice is adaptable to all mobilities.
This class is designed around the needs of MS and other neurological challenges, but also appropriate for anyone who might need an especially gentle, chair-friendly and wheelchair-friendly class. Standing and floor work is optional, and all of the practices are adapted to the needs present.
