There is no 11 am Hatha at Yoga Tree Sunday, March 3 due to a training.

Registration is open for my Seasonal Restorative Rejuvenation Workshop for The Spring Equinox at 8 Limbs, Capitol Hill on March 24. We will be in the Chandra studio so space is limited and I encourage you to sign up early.

Next week I am off to Kripalu to complete another module in my certification as a yoga therapist. I have the pleasure of studying the subtle body, pranayama and Mudra under my wonderful teachers. I’m excited to share what I learn Please join my amazing subs meanwhile.
