Please know that these will be my last few weeks teaching my beloved Saturday morning All Levels class at Limber. My last class will be March 2, and then the wonderful Sonia Spinarski will be taking over. I would like to put a lot of focus on the practice as a process of preparation rather than a focus on poses. Poses are momentary expressions of hours, weeks, months, and years of preparation- but they are not a practice. Practice is the contact we make with the whole of ourselves as we open to transformation.
